These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “client”) and Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (“Lacspace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our websites, mobile apps, AI tools, and software solutions including all related platforms operated by Lacspace and its subsidiaries.
By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using our Services immediately.
Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is the parent company and primary operator of all products and platforms listed below. We specialize in AI-powered, web-based, and software-driven digital products serving multiple sectors globally. Our registered office is located in Kathmandu, Nepal and Patna, India with offices are in Itahari (Nepal), Biratnagar (Nepal), Delhi (India), Nagpur (India), Patna (India), Samastipur (India) etc , with partner operations and data centers hosted internationally.
All source code, frameworks, trademarks, logos, databases, texts, and other materials are proprietary to Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated. Our products are licensed under the Lacspace Commercial License — not open-source — and may not be redistributed, reverse-engineered, or replicated in any form without prior written authorization.
Lacspace operates multiple proprietary platforms, each governed under this Terms of Use, with specific purposes:
Some Services require user registration. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. Lacspace is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence or password sharing.
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access our software and services for personal or business purposes as defined by their respective product agreements. Any form of resale, redistribution, or misuse will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
Each Lacspace product may have additional usage rules, feature limitations, and licensing requirements. These will be communicated through each product’s dashboard or licensing agreement. Continued use implies consent.
Any free service provided under Lacspace (such as Free Website, Free CRM trial, or Free App plan) is strictly limited and provided “as-is.” We may modify, suspend, or terminate any free plan at any time without notice. Associated data may be permanently deleted.
All purchases must be paid in full upfront. Prices may vary by region or platform. Refunds are not issued except in cases of duplicate billing or unauthorized charges verified by Lacspace’s finance team.
Our Privacy Policy explains how user data is collected, stored, and used. By using our Services, you consent to such collection and usage as outlined therein.
Users may contribute materials such as text, media, reviews, or data. By submitting content, you grant Lacspace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our Services and marketing.
Lacspace Services may integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Google, Facebook, Razorpay). We are not responsible for third-party data policies or system outages caused by them.
While Lacspace employs modern security measures, no system is 100% secure. Users are encouraged to back up important data regularly. We are not liable for accidental data loss due to hardware or software failure.
Lacspace may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to our ecosystem. Terminated accounts forfeit all access rights immediately without refund.
We may update products, change features, or adjust pricing at any time. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of modified Terms.
ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LACSPACE DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM USE.
In no case shall Lacspace, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lacspace harmless against claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Nepal, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India.
Users accessing our platforms from outside Nepal or India must comply with their local laws. Lacspace assumes no liability for violations of regional digital laws.
By using our Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications, notices, and updates from us.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Lacspace to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
